March 27, 2008

Chicago, Ill.- The UIC men's soccer team is pleased to announce the UIC Soccer Spring 2008 Center of Excellence is now open for registration.

Available to boys and girls ages 4-12 on Mondays and boys and girls ages 13-18 on Wednesdays, the Spring 2008 Center of Excellence will consist of nine (9) training sessions beginning the week of April 9/15 and running through June 10/11.

The Center of Excellence, based on a brand of training developed in Europe and utilized all over the globe, focuses on providing players top level training by using advanced methods that help develop skills in areas normal team training does not allow.

UIC coach John Trask and his staff, consisting of collegiate coaches and current and former UIC players, engage participants in activities geared toward developing good skill rather that just good technique and helping them become a "Total Soccer" player.

Special team/group rates are available. Contact the UIC men's soccer office at 312-996-6755 for group/team pricing and any other questions you may have.
