Men's Tennis Sweeps Bradley
Feb. 24, 2008 Peoria, Ill. - The UIC men's tennis team took two of their three road matches this weekend, defeating Bradley on Sunday afternoon. The Flames got things started with two victories and the doubles point. Eric Fey and Adriano Liccardo defeated Vuk Bolic and Wilder Sampson 8-6 at the second position to clinch doubles for UIC after Sean Kreymborg and Danny Wilson dominated Michel Macara-chvili and Richard Robertson 8-1 at No. 3 doubles. All UIC competitors came out victorious in singles competition, with Sebastian Lystad leading the Flames at the first position, defeating Evgeny Samoylov with a final score of 7-6, 4-6, 10-2. The Flames will be at home next weekend, taking on Indiana State on Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m.
